i'm in school right now and i'm going off real soon... I only had an hour of lesson today.. If the lesson today wasn't bio, i prob wouldn't have turned up.. Neither Fara nor Cheryl turned up aniway. Waste of my transport money!! i took the bus this morning and i saw this very frail old lady climbing on one of the seats just to press the 'bus stopping' bell located near the windows.. Apparently, there were no bells on the poles( i don't know what its called... if u ever took a bus in singapore before, u'll noe what i mean...). She was wobbly and she almost fell... Very poor thing... if the bus had suddenly braked, i betcha she'll fall (no.. probably flung a distance away) The sad thing is, no one came to assist her. I guess selfish is the only word that exists in our dictionary. Nobody seemed to care about that poor lady.. This does not only happen in the bus but also in the trains... in every train, there's this metal pole for ppl to hold on to... If everyone just grab the pole using one of their palms, i'm sure that that pole could accomodate many.... Unfortunately, there's always these few ppl who insist on resting their whole body against the pole. As a result, many ppl have to try and balance themselves from falling throughout the whole train ride... See how much inconvenience they caused others? it seems that all those years of mainstream education they had was not useful after all... I am not expecting a lot am I? If everyone learns to be considerate, it'll make Singapore a better place to live in... A little act of kindness can make your day and someone else's day... So ppl out there.... pls pls be considerate...:)
